We support the quality of our items. If you obtain a damaged or wrong item, you qualify for a return or refund under our Money Back Guarantee. Our return procedure is basic, and we work to address any concerns fast and effectively.

How to Claim a Warranty:

To register a warranty claim, please make sure you maintain the following documentation and information:

1. Proof of Issue : High-resolution images or videos showing the issue with the product.

2. Warranty Documents : The executed documents you received at the moment of acquisition.

3. Diagnostic Analysis : A diagnosis report from an ASE-certified mechanic is necessary if no proof of issue is available.

Before submitting a claim, ensure that all initial installation verifications have been performed as specified on our warranty page. This will help reduce numerous common problems.

Return Guidelines:

We perform every precaution needed to make sure that the engine you receive is functioning properly. When you require a return of the item, the next criteria are applicable:

1. Eligibility : Returns are allowed exclusively within the warranty term beginning from the date of delivery.

3. Return Approval : Following approval, we will organise a pickup and furnish you with a Bill of Lading (BOL).

4. Condition for Return : The item being returned must be in the same packing and state. Returns that exhibit changes, damage, or partial/complete installation may be refused.

5. Refund Process : After inspection of the returned item, we will initiate your refund within 7-10 business working days. Upon approval of the return, we will repay the initial shipping expenses.

6. Replacement Procedure : If an alternative is necessary, it will be dispatched within 7-10 business working days following the receipt and inspection of the return.

Important Information to Remember:

1. Evidence of Issue : Please verify that you have proof of the issue with the item prior to reaching out to us.

2. Packaging : Returned items must be properly fastened as originally received to prevent shipment damage.

3. Pickup Schedule : Avoiding a scheduled pickup or missing to furnish a hard copy of the Bill of Lading will incur extra fees.

4. Address Changes : Modifying the pickup address post-scheduling will result in reschedule fees.

Return Conditions

1. The components must remain in their original, undamaged condition and packaging suitable for resale.

2. The invoice that was issued must be included with the returned item.

3. Testing or Interaction : If the component was acquired for testing or verifying similarity, the return must be informed prior to purchase. A 25% restocking fee will be imposed on these returns.

4. Incorrect Components : A refund will not be issued if the returned component is not comparable to the original component removed, as determined by precise numbers of the component.

Communication for Complaints:

1. Any complaints need to be submitted in writing using email, text, or fax to confirm the fault with the component or installation.

2. After receipt of a damaged, defective, or incorrect component, immediately provide our customer service staff with supporting photographs and an inspection report.

3. Avoid doing anything until formal instructions (Return Merchandise Authorisation or RMA) are received.

4. Return Responsibility : The cost of returns are paid for by the client. A return tracking number must be provided upon the shipment of the product back.

Returns Process

1. Submit a Claim : When obtaining an RMA, you are required to return the component within 7 business days.

2. Return Address : The purchaser's customer care team will supply the return information.

3. Inspection : At delivery of the component, our internal technicians will conduct an inspection.

4. Refund or Credit : On completion of the inspection, a credit request will be submitted to account for the fulfilment of the refund or the issuance of a replacement, as per the request.
